Real Green Gardeners is a partnership of two gardeners Rachel and Emil with over 15 years experience working in the horticultural and agricultural sectors. Rachel completed a Level 3 Diploma in Horticulture at Brooksby Melton College, Leicestershire in 2012.

Relocating to Scotland a couple of years later, Rachel completed a one-year Traineeship at a University Botanic Garden and Emil was employed as a Gardener at a large landscaping/gardening business. Rachel then worked as a Head Gardener/ Horticultural Therapist delivering a Gardening Workshop to adults with additional support needs in a productive two acre walled garden.

Returning to the East Midlands they worked together on self-employed basis at a Rutland-based Garden maintenance company, before deciding to set up their own business offering a gardening service to people in their local area.

Real Green Gardeners was established in January 2023. Our mission is to provide an organic, eco-friendly gardening service that works with the natural environment to enhance biodiversity, creating wildlife-friendly gardens rooted in sustainable practices.
